An exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to take on a hybrid or fully remote working role as a conveyancing team leader/supervisor. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of 10 staff, comprising fee earners and support staff. The firm expects their lawyers to handle no more than 70 files and offers a lucrative bonus scheme to reward productivity during busy periods.
Requirements:
1. Managing a team and providing guidance to the conveyancing team.
2. Handling a caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold, leasehold, purchases, property transactions, sales, and remortgages.
3. Full understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
4. Commercial property experience is beneficial but not essential.
