Job description
Job responsibilities
You will maintain the preparation of case notes for admission, discharges, ward attendees and clinics.
To accurately record and monitor all activity within the ward and report to the ward lead any unsatisfactory events.
You will be answering the telephone and directing enquiries from patients relatives and friends to the relevant person; supplying information to other departments as instructed; taking and recording dates and times of investigations for inpatients.
Liaising with the catering department to order parents meals as required.
Take personal information from parents and relatives and record on the correct documentation as directed by professional staff.

1. Evidence of level 2 numeracy and literacy

4. Experience of working in a healthcare setting
