We’re looking to offer a salary of £29,094 per annum and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance, and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives—including Kaizen events, problem‑solving workshops and tactical improvements—to meet site and customer goals
* Conduct process analysis, observations and data reviews to identify waste, inefficiencies and opportunities for improved productivity, accuracy and service
* Coach and support operational teams in Lean and CI tools, helping build skills, confidence and engagement across the site
* Lead or support documentation improvements, standardisation of best practice and the ongoing maintenance of the CI project pipeline
* Collaborate with site managers, team leaders and cross‑functional departments to ensure CI activity aligns with operational priorities and customer expectations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience within logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce operations
* Knowledge or exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence others and facilitate workshops
* Organised, proactive and motivated, with a genuine passion for continuous improvement
