What you’ll be doing as a Sales Administrator
You will play an integral role in the operational flow of the sales process, working closely with Account Managers and Logistics teams to ensure all data, customer information and order details are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately process and maintain orders, pricing data and customer account information within internal systems.
* Verify and reconcile data to ensure consistency between sales, logistics and back‑office systems.
* Support Account Managers by ensuring up‑to‑date sales and customer data to assist decision‑making.
* Coordinate with transport team to ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed accurately.
* Assist with delivery schedules, monitoring stock levels (where applicable) and invoice accuracy.
* Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure data integrity at all times.
We’re looking for
You will have strong numerical and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced business setting. Experience in a sales support, logistics administration, or data entry environment would be advantageous.

This is a full‑time role, working 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, based in the office.
