Administration Assistant – About our client:
Our client is a small, busy office providing Membership Administration services to a variety of organisations. Their friendly and collaborative team manages a range of customer-focused tasks, ensuring excellent service delivery.
* Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Office-based, working hours between 9 am and 5 pm (35 hours per week)
* Handling membership administration, including new member applications, subscription renewals, and payment processing
* Preparing letters and despatching mailings
* Responding to telephone and email enquiries from the general public
* Managing post and other general office duties
* Maintaining membership records using Microsoft CRM
* Assisting with the promotion of seminars and conferences
* Attending and supporting the organisation’s Annual Event in London (may require overnight stay)
Administration Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Proficiency in IT, particularly CRM software (previous experience is advantageous)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
* Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic work ethic
* Previous experience in an office environment is desirable
