We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Hertfordshire from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, where both academic success and personal development are equally valued.
We are seeking a Science Teacher who:
1. Can deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ability to teach KS5 would be an advantage
2. Has strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young people in the sciences
3. Demonstrates high expectations for all students, fostering curiosity and confidence in the classroom
4. Works collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practice
5. Is reflective and open to feedback, with a drive for continuous improvement
6. Understands and supports inclusive learning and works within the SEND Code of Practice
7. Values the development of the whole child and promotes positive relationships within the school community
