Business Conduct & Ethics Associate/Senior Associate – UK&I Managed Services Delivery Centre, Belfast
As a Business Conduct & Ethics Associate/Senior Associate in EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services team, you will play a key role in delivering solutions to complex integrity, conduct and ethics issues for clients across diverse industries and geographies.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Support clients to proactively monitor and address important risks within their businesses, including risks arising from relationships with third parties and business partners such as bribery, corruption, sanctions, human rights, sustainability, reputational risk and fraud.
* Conduct and review risk assessments on client organisations and/or their third parties.
* Review policies, procedures, and other key documentation.
* Use open sources and proprietary databases to conduct research and background checks.
* Analyse and interpret company data and financial information.
* Prepare clear and concise factual reports.
* Highlight risks or issues for escalation or remediation, and support remediation efforts.
* Liaise with clients and third parties.
* Manage project tasks and timelines.

Qualifications Required to Apply
* Fluency and strong report‑writing skills in English.
* Fluency or advanced working proficiency in Korean or Japanese.
* Experience conducting research and drafting reports, articles or essays in a professional or academic environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ideal Additional Experience
* At least one year of professional experience.
* Experience reviewing and analysing financial data.
* Knowledge and experience with Business Conduct & Ethics topics such as bribery, corruption, sanctions, fraud and third‑party risk.
