We have a supportive and challenging culture and enjoy an excellent relationship with both the Council and our Board. As Contract Manager – Asset Management you will play an active role in ensuring the condition and safety of our customer’s homes.
The successful post-holder will:
1. Strategically inform our programme of planned maintenance.
2. Lead on all asset management activities for Derby Homes.
3. Ensuring properties meet the decent homes standard and are safe and well maintained.
4. Oversee the management of grounds maintenance.
5. Oversee facility management activities.
6. Direct the Asset Management and Facilities Management teams.
We are looking for innovative and people-focused candidates with experience of operating at a senior level within a complex organisation. You will be passionate about supporting people in housing need.
A recent track record of delivering and improving operational activities and services is essential, as is knowledge of current legislative and regulatory requirements.
