Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in daily store operations by providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the store’s appearance.
You will focus on enhancing customer experience through on-the-job coaching and feedback, ensuring the store remains a safe and welcoming environment.
You will be Responsible For
* Serving customers with passion and pride, delivering natural, great service.
* Encouraging customer feedback through surveys.
* Working across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending, and stock routines.
* Following safety training and procedures.
* Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events to foster an inclusive atmosphere.
* Understanding store performance and working collaboratively to meet goals.
* Living our values, making everyone feel welcome, and adhering to policies.
* Clocking in and out accurately for proper payment.
* Following security procedures and wearing safety equipment.
* Following the 'think 25' policy when serving age-restricted products.
* Responding promptly to assistance calls and explaining actions to customers.
* Keeping the store organized and aisles clear.
* Potentially managing shifts in the absence of managers.
* Completing all relevant training to ensure safety and compliance.
* If applicable, managing Post Office operations and passing necessary background checks.
