As they continue to invest in digital analytics, they’re looking for a talented analyst to help improve customer journeys, website performance, and eCommerce strategy.
THE ROLE 📊
As a Customer Digital Analyst, you’ll be responsible for tracking, analysing, and optimising digital performance across websites and mobile apps. You’ll work with GA4, A/B testing, and customer behavior analytics tools to provide insights that drive business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 📝
✅ Work with technical teams to expand data coverage and improve tracking.
✅ Use GA4 and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to produce insightful reports.
✅ Analyse customer journeys and conversion rates, identifying opportunities for improvement.
✅ Recommend, monitor, and measure A/B tests to enhance onsite performance.
✅ Provide insights into competitor activity and industry trends.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations based on data.
✅ Support the execution of the digital data strategy and business objectives.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 🎯
📌 Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
📌 Experience with A/B testing and onsite customer behavior analytics (Contentsquare, Hotjar).
📌 Proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
📌 Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail and accuracy.
📌 Excellent communication skills – able to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
📌 Passion for digital analytics and eCommerce performance.
📌 A proactive and adaptable approach, with strong time management skills.
