Responsibilities As a Design Selling Leader, you will:
Partner with Managers and Designers to achieve goals and improve overall performance.
Manage, develop, train, and motivate a team of design associates while maintaining high customer contact.
Collaborate with each team member on design projects, customer relationships, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Lead the design process, review, and provide feedback on projects, utilizing both technical and creative skills in color and space planning.
Demonstrate residential interior design expertise.
Train and coach team members in design, product knowledge, sales, and customer service.
Position Requirements Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Interior Design degree and/or professional portfolio is a plus.
