* Process all orders, quotes, telephone enquiries, despatch, and invoice queries promptly, meeting agreed service levels and quality standards.
* Secure orders to achieve revenue, profit, and value targets from both existing and new customers.
* Identify customer needs and provide expert advice, support, and effective problem-solving solutions.
* Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through order processing to on-time product delivery.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Collaborate closely with external sales teams to ensure seamless communication and superior service delivery.
* Coordinate projects and contracts from enquiry to completion, monitoring progress to guarantee customer satisfaction.
