Outpatients Receptionist and PIFU Team Lead
The post holder will be responsible for delivering outpatient clinics by working collaboratively with all divisions to ensure that all national targets and departmental KPIs are met.
They will contribute to the ongoing review and improvement of administrative systems, procedures, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Main duties of the job
Operationally lead the department's systems:
* Manage daily staff operations to ensure effective administration and service delivery, including systems and equipment management.
* Use initiative to ensure patients are processed and re-booked in line with access targets.
* Support the Access Manager in providing professional, efficient, and effective outpatient services to maintain KPIs, including identifying capacity issues and escalating as needed.
* Maintain and update departmental reports.
* Conduct IPDR and 1:1 sessions within the reception team.

This role requires flexibility due to frequent short-notice demands and proactive management, including maintaining staffing levels.

Salary: £27,485 to £30,162 per annum, pro rata.
