Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Car Finance Advisor based in Manchester. The Car Finance Advisor will assist customers in exploring suitable car finance options, analyzing financial profiles, and providing tailored advice to meet individual needs. Responsibilities include liaising with lenders, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining records to ensure a seamless experience from application to final approval. Advisors will also build rapport with customers, ensuring high-quality and transparent service throughout their journey.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in financial advising, financial analysis, and customer service
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
* Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer documentation and lender communication
* Knowledge of car finance products, lender eligibility criteria, and credit evaluation processes
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Competence in using CRM tools and other software to manage client relationships
* Previous experience in car finance, automotive sales, or related industries is an advantage
* Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus
