Description
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
* Provide technical support to minimise downtime and enhance productivity.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently.
Profile
* Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in an engineering and manufacturing setting.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and fault-finding techniques.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary of approx £48600 based on a 48 hour working week
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week plus overtime.
* £2300 shift allowance for working backshift
* Flexibility required around evenings & weekends re possible call outs
