Our client is looking for a switched on and enthusiastic administrator who holds the ability to multitask and get stuck in to help where needed. This role will consist of different duties such as administration and providing excellent customer service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to get their foot in the door and gain administrative experience. Duties include: General administrative duties. Taking telephone calls liaising with clients, dealing with any queries via telephone or email. Undertaking research projects. Supporting other staff with administration tasks and cover when necessary Gathering and uploading paperwork for payment run. Welcoming visitors and providing any refreshments. Inputting new clients onto their CRM system where needed and general administrative duties around their system.
