Role- Electrical Design Engineer
Salary- £32,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)
Type- Permanent
Location- Liverpool with hybrid flexibility (2 days from home per week)
My client work within engineering and manufacturing and they are looking to take on a Junior or more experienced Electrical Design Engineer with an interest in manufacturing / control systems to develop as part of their team.
The Junior / Electrical Design Engineer role will ideally have the following attributes:
* Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City & Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
* Have precious experience designing a variety of Electrical Systems
* Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or SolidWorks Electrical
* Excellent problem solving capabilities
* Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
* Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
The Electrical Design Engineer role will involve:
* Working within the existing multi-disciplinary engineering team
* Being involved in development and electrical design activities
* Working on the whole product lifecycle
* Having an interest in Control Systems
* Creating the required technical documentation
