You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and play a key role in keeping our HR processes running smoothly across the full employee lifecycle. 1. Provide proactive, accurate first‑line HR support to employees and managers.
2. Deliver admin support across recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll changes and offboarding.
3. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR and compliance standards are met.
4. Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a smooth new starter experience.
5. Update HR systems, maintain data accuracy and produce basic reports.
6. Manage shared inboxes and support wider HR projects and process improvements.
The person we are seeking
Essential:
7. Experience working in a busy office environment.
8. Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
9. Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
It would be great if you also had:
10. Level 3 admin/ HR/ business qualification or CIPD Level 3
11. Experience in HR
