FREELANCE LOGISTICS MANAGER Royal Tunbridge Wells £20-22 per hour ️ 2-Year High-Rise Residential Project Outside IR35 | CIS may be available Our client — a leading force in UK construction — is kicking off an exciting high-rise residential development in Royal Tunbridge Wells. With a strong reputation for delivering standout homes across the country, they’re now looking for a Logistics Manager to take charge of all on-site movement, materials, and manpower on this flagship project. Your Mission Be the engine behind this live site. You’ll control every moving part of logistics — from deliveries to waste, from labour to lifting. You'll be working at the heart of the project, keeping the site flowing and the team firing on all cylinders. ️ What You’ll Be Doing * Deliveries & Traffic * Run the Delivery Management System * Schedule and control site access * Manage traffic flow and gatekeeping * ️ Waste & Cleanliness * Oversee all waste and skip movement * Keep subcontractors accountable with clear-up notices * Maintain a clean, compliant site * Labour Management * Coordinate gatemen, marshalls, FLT drivers, labourers & trades * Order in extra staff when needed * Lead daily briefings and toolbox talks * Admin & Accountability * Upload photos and notices * Work closely with the main contractor’s QS team for contra charges * Attend management meetings and keep everything on record * ️ Logistics Oversight * Manage lifting operations, site welfare, and overall logistics * Ensure full compliance with H&S standards What You’ll Need * ✅ SSSTS or SMSTS * ✅ First Aid Certification * ✅ Valid CSCS Card * Strong computer skills * A proven background in site logistics Ready to Roll?
