Location: Fairmont St Andrews
Contract Type: Casual (around 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase during holidays or to cover annual leave)
What You'll be doing:
* Provide outstanding customer service to guests and visitors
* Help with in-store promotions to drive sales
* Keep the shop clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented
* Share product knowledge and recommend gifts and items to customers
* Handle payments, bookings and support daily shop operations
* Follow all procedures related to Health & Safety, security, and customer service
* Support the Retail Manager with varied tasks as needed
Qualifications

* Approachable, positive and reliable
* Confident communicating with guests
* Willing to learn and follow instructions
* Able to work evenings, weekends and during school holidays
