To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:
1. Strong eTrading Business knowledge and expertise (preferably Rates, but other asset classes are also acceptable)
2. Confident communication skills to face off to both Front Office Trading and technical developers
3. Strong Unix skills
Additional valued skills include:
1. Experience managing and prioritizing a book of work to remediate issues and enhance the product
2. Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Elastic, Geneos ITRS, and Grafana
3. Aptitude for understanding relevant technologies and investigating logs to identify production issues
This role will be based in our London office.

3. Develop tools and scripts to automate operational processes, reducing manual workload and improving system resilience.
4. Monitor and optimize system performance and resource usage.
5. Collaborate with development teams to integrate best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance into the software development lifecycle.
6. Stay informed of industry trends and contribute to organizational technology communities.
