Review and restructure Azure / Entra directory to align with business needs, including distribution and security groups. Lead a thorough clean-up of legacy accounts and outdated groups to improve governance and security. Help scope and support a SharePoint redesign project to modernise collaboration. Support the rollout of a new email signature and Teams branding solution, ensuring consistency and professionalism across the organisation.
