What You’ll Be Doing HSE Administration & Compliance Own the collation, preparation and submission of data for audits, board reports, fire risk assessments and environmental reporting. Work closely with the Group HSE Manager to prepare Monthly HSE Reports, BUR Reports and Internal Audit Reports. Oversee and maintain the Fire Risk Assessment Register, Traffic Management Plans and audit templates. Training & Internal Support Develop, publish and promote the annual Group HSE Training Calendar. Maintain our HSE Training Video Library. Act as an Internal HSE Trainer and help coordinate team training sessions. Manage the online HSE Training System: user accounts, course updates, enrolments, new starters, leavers and the Group Training Matrix. Provide day‑to‑day support to HSE Coordinators across the Group. Environmental Leadership Become our Group Environmental Champion, leading the “Zero Waste Road Map” project and producing quarterly progress reports. Audit Coordination Plan and schedule internal and external ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits. Support audit delivery, produce reports and action plans, and ensure all outputs are uploaded into T100. General Support Assist the Group HSE Manager with budgets, purchase orders and administrative tasks. Support the maintenance and distribution of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and documentation. What You Bring Strong administrative skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Confidence producing professional reports, spreadsheets and presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be a central point of contact for site HSE Coordinators. Experience working with electronic HSE systems or databases. Ability to manage training systems, update content and keep training records accurate and up to date. A proactive, structured and supportive working style — you’re someone people rely on.
