This rewarding role is focused on helping families make positive changes, supporting parents through targeted interventions, and ensuring safe, meaningful contact between children and their families. What You’ll Do: Deliver interventions to support parents in building positive parenting skills. Supervise family time sessions, ensuring these are safe, structured, and child-focused. Keep accurate supervision records and complete clear written reports. Work in partnership with social workers and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
