* Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer information and records.
* Utilize excellent communication skills to assist customers
* Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
* Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience.
* Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
* Handle multilingual customer interactions effectively.
**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency in English
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
* Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
* Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous.
