Aboutthe role
The post-holder will report to the Deputy Principal Quality and Student Experience (DPQSE) and be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the compliance and quality assurance systems in line with relevant regulatory bodies and codes associated with all provision types at The Sheffield College.
The QCSL will line-manage the Quality Assessment Standards Officer, act as Head of Centre or equivalent for all awarding organisation (AO) partnerships, review and amend associated policies and procedures, lead on the resolution of formal complaints, undertake investigations, reviews and inquiries, maintain exacting records of all quality assurance (QA) activity and be confident in the use of emerging technologies to develop and enhance quality systems, processes and procedures.
The QCSL will be able to demonstrate analytical and investigatory experience and will be responsible for the compilation, interpretation and presentation of data sets and complex reports to include investigations and audits.
What we can offer you
As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £39,962 - £46,663
per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
