Healthcare Recruitment Manager
We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Manager to join our team at Regent Care and play a key role in our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to expand our business, increase our market share, and lead our recruitment efforts.
The Role
You'll take charge of a warm desk, focusing on both temporary and permanent placements. We already have established relationships with major healthcare providers, and your mission will be to leverage these partnerships while also bringing in new clients. Your primary goal will be to drive new business development to increase our revenue and the number of hours we deliver.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for:
* Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare organizations, and negotiating contracts.
* Account Management: Nurturing existing client relationships to maximize their potential.
* Revenue Growth: Increasing both temporary and permanent placement revenue.
* Strategic Planning: Developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Recruitment: Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we place the best candidates with our clients.
