We are currently working with a key client who is actively seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join their growing team on a range of high-end traditional build projects.

The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the finishing stages of projects, managing works from dry lining through to final snagging and handover. You will play a critical role in ensuring all finishes are delivered to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all internal finishing works from plastering/dry lining to final completion
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are achieved
* Maintain exceptional quality control across all finishing trades
* Manage snagging processes and ensure timely resolution of defects
* Work closely with site teams, clients, and consultants to deliver high-specification finishes
* Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety requirements
* Drive standards on site and maintain a strong attention to detail throughout
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on high-end traditional build projects
* Strong background delivering high-specification final finishes
* Experience working on projects up to £20m
* Excellent eye for detail and quality
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and coordinate finishing programmes effectively
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
