Our client is a 16-year-established company, specialising in helping SMEs increase profits without advertising, using their proven referral and loyalty systems. Their business is built around smart business-management software and the manufacturing of plastic cards, key fobs, and now an exciting new line of sustainable wooden cards.

Your Career Path

Our client’s goal is to build a team around you and have you step into the National Sales Manager position within 3 months.

The best leaders lead from the front, so your progression will follow two simple steps:

10. Master and apply the sales process – LEARN
11. Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of 12 Regional BDMs (each managing up to 10 people in their area) – TEACH

This structure creates both personal success and a powerful national sales network.

Our client is looking for someone who has:

12. A strong background in direct sales
13. Experience managing self-employed sales or marketing teams
14. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
15. A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
