About the role:\n\nThis is not your average call centre job! Here, you’ll be delivering a service that prioritizes customer satisfaction over metrics. From helping customers open accounts to resolving inquiries and supporting daily account processes, you’ll be empowered to make a real difference.\n\nYour Day-to-Day:\n \nAnswer and manage customer calls, delivering helpful and friendly service.
\nBuild strong relationships, resolving inquiries with care and professionalism. \nTake ownership of issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions. \nDocument all interactions in line with compliance policies.
\nDeliver quality outcomes, measured through call recordings and audits. What We’re Looking For:\n \nPositive, adaptable individuals with a passion for helping others. \nExcellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
