Personal Assistant (Kirkintilloch) – GCIL ED LM/RC.1.26
Social Care Worker/Personal Assistant required for an 8 year old non‑verbal girl in Kirkintilloch. The young girl is funny & affectionate. She likes music, dancing, jumping at InnoFlate, Flip Out and swimming. At home she enjoys iPad, puzzles and Numicon.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care as required; training will be provided by the family.
* Assisting with her favourite activities, travelling to and from venues, and engaging with her during play.
* Staying at home, listening to music and dancing, as needed.
* Being fit, kind, patient and reliable.
Schedule:
* 2 hours per week or 4 hours every two weeks, preferably on weekends.
* A driving licence and own vehicle are desirable.
Compensation: £14.00 per hour.
Requirements:
* Fit, kind and patient; no prior experience necessary.
* Will be required to obtain a PVG discharge at the employee’s expense.
