Job Description
3. Provides advanced product and service information and responds to complex customer questions about those products and services
4. Records and processes quotes and orders, including custom and special orders that may require additional resources for delivery and coordinating with those teams as required
5. Makes calls (by telephone or other channel) to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships
6. Acts as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries / complaints
7. Responds to and resolves complex or advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately, securing managerial approvals as required
8. Schedules follow-up actions and enters relevant information into the customer relationship management system after each customer contact to create a call plan
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Sales Order Processor should have:
9. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
12. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for order processing.
13. A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
14. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
15. Can commit to an on-going temporary role.
