About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our European Marketing team, based in Lisbon.
In this role, you will support the execution and optimisation of paid digital acquisition campaigns across multiple European markets. You will contribute directly to our growth strategy by improving campaign performance, driving high-quality lead generation, and enabling pipeline growth through data-driven decision-making.
You will work closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Product teams to ensure alignment on targeting, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Retargeting
- Optimise campaigns to improve efficiency, performance, and return on investment
- Monitor campaign spend and ensure alignment with defined budgets
- Track and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Identify optimisation opportunities through testing, targeting improvements, and channel refinement
- Collaborate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud teams to ensure effective lead flow and nurturing
- Work closely with Sales to align on lead quality, audience strategy, and priorities
- Support localisation of campaigns across European markets and ensure compliance
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Support digital campaigns for events and trade fairs
What you bring
- Experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or paid media (approx. 3+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), Display, and Retargeting
- Strong understanding of digital optimisation and performance measurement
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actions
- Experience working within defined budgets and performance frameworks
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio
- Understanding of GDPR and digital compliance
- Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on lead quality and business impact
