Working within their manufacturing division, you will play a key role in driving process improvement, manufacturing efficiency, and continuous innovation across advanced production environments supporting highly complex products.The Role:Support product performance improvement and manufacturing processes for advanced electronic systemsProduce reporting, analysis, and technical documentationProvide technical support to customers and internal teamsContribute to innovation, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and manufacturing activitiesPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions where requiredSupport manufacturing cells and wider engineering functions as neededParticipate in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Manufacturing Process activities, and process improvement projectsWork closely with engineering teams to improve manufacturing capability, efficiency, and product qualityYour Skills / Experience:Minimum HND or degree in a related subject such as STEM, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing EngineeringProven experience in a mid-to-senior manufacturing role, ideally within electronics manufacturingExperience working on electronic products down to component levelStrong knowledge of process improvement, manufacturing efficiency, and lean manufacturing principlesExperience with Process FMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow development, review, and risk mitigation processesFamiliarity with a variety of manufacturing platforms and production environmentsStrong technical communication and presentation skillsDesirable:Experience with manufacturing methodologies such as Design for Manufacturability (DFM)Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI)Ideally have experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Defence sectorsWhat's on Offer:Competitive salaryDiscretionary company bonus schemeRelocation assistance if moving closer to site25 days holiday plus statutory public holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 additional daysContributory Pension Scheme with up to 10.5% company contribution6x salary Life Assurance linked to pensionFlexible Benefits scheme including Health Cashplan, Dental, Cycle to Work, and other salary sacrifice optionsA collaborative culture with genuine career progression and development opportunities*This role requires low-level security clearance and therefore applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' UK residency, including address history and references.*TPBN1_UKTJ
