The role involves researching user feedback, improving software, and populating the AI system with accurate, detailed information.Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct research on user feedback and software performance.
* React to user feedback and enquires.
* Analyse and identify areas for improvement.
* Input and maintain information in the knowledge base and chat bot.
* Collaborate with the development team to enhance AI responses.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accountancy, or a related field (not essential)
* Familiarity with Java and other programming languages is a plus.
* Strong analytical and research skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with AI and chat bot technologies.
* Knowledge of software development life cycle.
