Contract: Fix Term
Salary: £7.55 per hour
This role is impactful and supports the efficiency of our business. You will develop your skills quickly and get an insight into our operations. The role involves ensuring the best guest experience by supporting various departments, anticipating guest needs, and assisting with their requests. You will also support a Head of Department in achieving departmental goals.
Responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with department heads to maintain impeccable presentation of all areas.
2. Providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed guest needs.
3. Working with all resort departments to offer support as needed.
4. Guiding guests through the resort to ensure a welcoming experience.
