Bridgewater Laminate Products Ltd [Bolton] Full-time | Permanent | Immediate start available Bridgewater Laminate Products Ltd is a busy, growing joinery manufacturer specialising in high-quality laminate products for commercial interiors. We produce items such as IPS duct panels, vanity units, lockers, benching and bespoke joinery for projects across the UK. Were looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker to join our workshop team. This role is ideal for someone confident on the bench who wants to develop further by learning and operating machinery as part of their day-to-day work. What youll be doing Bench manufacturing of laminate and timber-based joinery items Reading and working from drawings, cutting lists, and job specs Assembling, finishing, and preparing products to a high standard Learning to safely use workshop machinery (training provided), such as: Panel saw / beam saw Edge bander CNC (where suitable) Pillar drill / spindle moulder / sanding equipment Working to production schedules while maintaining quality and attention to detail Keeping a tidy, safe workstation and following H&S procedures What we need from you Essential: Prior joinery experience (bench joinery / cabinet making / similar) Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong hand-skills and pride in producing clean, accurate work Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Team-focused and able to work at pace when needed Desirable (but not required): Experience with laminate products or commercial washroom joinery Previous machinery use in a joinery shop NVQ / City & Guilds in Joinery or Wood Machining What youll get Competitive pay based on experience Overtime available when production requires On-the-job training on machinery and processes Secure, long-term work with a growing manufacturer Friendly, skilled workshop team and supportive management PPE provided and a safety-first environment Hours MondayFriday Standard workshop hours: 7:45-4:30pm Mon - Thurs - 7:00-3:30pm Friday Overtime: as required
