Job Description:
COREcruitment is working with an exciting client who has several property businesses around London. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a company and grow within the sales team and the business. This role is based 5 days onsite in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to all incoming inquiries on the same day.
* Log leads and inquiries to support internal data capture and reporting.
* Manage the team's diary efficiently and conduct follow-ups as required.
* Enhance current processes and develop new ones to streamline the sales process and improve results.
* Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with brokers, agents, prospective clients, and team members.
* Represent the company in alignment with our brand values and behaviors.
* Achieve KPIs based on daily activity, pipeline management, and inquiry-to-tour conversion, supporting tour-to-deal conversion.
* Assist in meeting new workstation sales targets across the portfolio and manage the commercial relationship with clients moving forward.
* Provide accurate information on pricing and availability to brokers, agents, and prospective clients.
* Ensure compliance with commercial, financial, and legal structures, obtaining approval from the Executive and/or Commercial Director as needed.
* Build strong relationships with external intermediaries, such as brokers and commercial real estate agents.
* Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures.
* Use company systems and software to present information in a timely manner.
* Present information effectively for both internal and external audiences.
* Develop a reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity with clients and the wider industry in all actions.
