Salary: £95 - £115 Per day

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students’ learning and development within a supportive school environment.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing in-class support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Encouraging student participation and promoting confidence in learning
* Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
* A proactive, patient, and supportive approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential
