Bull & Wolf is an award winning, B Corp Certified creative video agency making unskippable ads and content for brands and organisations of all sizes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced, creative videographer to join our team and be our go-to shooter, pushing boundaries and consistently filming excellent content. You will need to have filmmaking experience either in-house at a brand or in an agency, knowledge of the social media and online video landscape and be able to work across multiple projects at once.
While experience is important, we deeply value team fit, and this will be a primary consideration in our recruitment process. We're looking for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborative problem-solving, and is ready to 'get stuck into' all parts of the production process
The role:
* Be our go-to shooter for projects, directing and producing video shoots, ensuring all footage is captured to a high standard.
* Prepare, maintain and organise kit and keep up-to-date with the latest video production techniques and technologies, incorporating them into our workflows.
* Help write scripts, develop storyboards, and create shot-lists for video projects.
* Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and ideas aligned with client goals and objectives.
* Working as part of the production team, problem solving on the go to achieve the project aims.
* Receiving and enacting client feedback and providing feedback within the team
* Maintaining a wide view of current project statuses and acting preemptively to ensure project success using Trello and other management tools
* Undertaking research and tasks alongside the rest of the team to grow the company
* Edit video content, including colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
* Maintaining impeccable grammar and punctuation skills
* Produce and edit social-first content for our own channels where required
* Ensure all video content meets client requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
* Manage and organise video content and assets effectively.
* Confidence in directing talent on-set and working collaboratively with creative teams.
* Travelling to key shoots and events as required, which may include short notice travel
About the person
* 3+ years working in house or in an agency delivering content with an appreciation of composition, style, filmmaking techniques, lighting and sound.
* Evidence of a diverse shooting ability, able to vary shooting style to suit the project brief.
* Excellent technical knowledge of cameras and filmmaking
* Experience in video editing and post production in programmes like Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition
* Comfortable taking ownership of projects, while also being a collaborative team player.
* Experience of filming videos across a range of client types and industries in a creative environment, with experience creating videos for social media ads or social media content especially desirable
* A desire to be part of a growing team of creatives with the ability to get stuck into all parts of the process
* The ability to work under pressure, a constant eye on the details and always striving to produce work to the very highest standards.
* A genuine passion for social video and branded content
* Experience working with AI and AI-enhanced editing tools to streamline processes
* Experience of using Apple computers and Google Workplace a bonus
PERKS
Salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 based on experience.
