Role Overview:
We are working with a reputable MEP contractor based in Burnley who is looking to appoint a Preconstruction Administrator to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and AutoCAD experience to play a key role in preconstruction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties supporting the preconstruction department.
* Managing and updating technical drawings using AutoCAD.
* Assisting with tender documentation and project coordination.
* Maintaining accurate records and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
* AutoCAD experience is essential.
* Previous experience in a preconstruction or construction environment is highly advantageous.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
