Rota patterns that work for you
Our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career.
We are open to flexible working across 4 or 5 days. Our Vets currently work a range of shifts for example 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, 11:00am-7:00pm, these shifts vary day to day to allow for all Vets to have some early and some later start times. It also allows flexibility to request a certain shift on a certain day if you have any personal matters to attend to. The weekend rota is usually 1 in 4 working Saturday 8am - 12:30pm and weekends can be swapped if needed. There are no out of hours.
