About the Role We’re on a mission to help our property owners thrive. As Product Manager - Owner Operations & Performance, you’ll lead the development of the tools and systems that power how Forge works with its owners- from compliance checks and quality management to pricing performance, communications, and issue resolution. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with operations, commercial, service, and engineering teams to simplify workflows, improve visibility, and empower owners with the insights and tools they need to perform at their best. What You Own the product vision and roadmap for owner operations and performance tooling. Improve visibility of key metrics like pricing, revenue, and quality. Lead discovery and delivery of tools that help owners resolve issues and boost performance. Streamline operational workflows and automate repetitive processes. Use data and insight to deliver smarter, self-service solutions. Collaborate with UX and engineering to create clear, intuitive experiences for owners and internal teams. What We’re Looking For Essential: Proven product management experience across discovery, prioritisation, and delivery. Commercial and data-driven mindset — you know how to turn insight into impact. Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to align multiple teams around a shared vision. Passion for improving how people work and using technology to remove friction. Pragmatic and adaptable, balancing short-term wins with long-term outcomes. Bonus points for: Experien ce in travel, property, or other complex service-based indu stries, or in operations and workflow tooling.
