Executive Assistant A leading and established organisation based in Banbridge, are currently seeking an experience Executive Assistant to join their team. This is a Full-time, temporary position for initially 6 weeks. Working hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 5:00pm & Fri 8:30am - 3:00pm (35.5 hrs pw) Salary: negotiable dependant on experience Job role: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Criteria: 3rd Level Business related qualification (or equivalent A Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role supporting senior executives. Proven experience in complex diary management and high level administrative support Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information professionally Exceptional time management and organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and proactive thinking High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to work independently and make informed decisions when required Strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with senior stakeholders confidently Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and business processes Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive executive support to the Managing Director Diary Management - scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings. Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions, and follow up on deliverables. Act as a liaison between senior management, department heads, clients, and external stakeholders. Oversee confidential correspondence, handling sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate and manage strategic projects, supporting business objectives. Conduct research, analyse data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
