As an Assistant Café Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. What we are looking for:
* Formal hospitality qualifications desirable but not essential eg NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* Knowledge of current Health, Safety and Licensing Legislation, Food safety and health and safety Regulations.
* Strong Communicator
* Training Orientated
* Self-motivated, analytical, objective, innovative and assertive.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
* Tenacity through and still being a Good Team Player
