We’re working with a growing company in the professional beauty sector who need a Customer Service person with additional account management responsibilities to join their team. They supply products to beauty salons and practitioners across the UK and have a strong reputation in the market.
The role
This is a really good early-career opportunity where you’d be speaking with beauty clinic owners and practitioners. It’s not a call-centre environment, it’s a small but growing, friendly team and there is lots of potential for developing your career. This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team. The company are known for their exceptional customer service, and this team is very important to the business.
With your customer service hat on: You’ll be the first point of contact for beauty salon owners, practitioners, and the field sales team, helping them with orders, enquiries, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
With your account management hat on: You’ll work with some of the smaller clients, managing and building those relationships. The conversations are with business owners, so they tend to be relationship-based rather than transactional.

Please note this role is 5 days per week office based.
