Join our client's school in Tipton, Wolverhampton, as a Head Teacher and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education for children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs. You will help create a nurturing, inspiring learning environment where every student can thrive.
The position is based at an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 11-19 with SEND and SEMH needs.

The candidate will need:
* Extensive experience as a Head Teacher in a SEND environment.
* Understanding of School Improvement processes, curriculum development, and requirements for an outstanding rating.
* Knowledge of the Independent School Standards.
* Ability to motivate and support staff and students using a person-centred approach.
* A proactive 'can do, will do' attitude.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Qualified Teacher Status.
