Pay rate – £54.92 per hour Contract – Temporary Hull City Council are currently recruiting an experienced Strategic Lead for Improvement, Performance & Quality in their Childrens services. The senior leadership team have begun work to explore what the Family First Partnership Programme will look like for children and families in Hull. Are you interested in joining the senior team to work alongside the Strategic Lead for Improvement, Performance and Quality to help shape future delivery of services for the next six months. You will also be influential in preparing for inspection readiness with a focus on quality, bring experience of systemic leadership and engaging with a committed workforce. Reporting to the Director of Children’s Services you will be a visible leader who values the importance of being based with the team for a minimum of three days each week. You must value professional relationships and partnerships and bring substantial senior experience, working at Head of Service level or above, which must include working with key partners and elected members. Children’s Social Workers will need at least 3 years’ permanent experience with an English local authority and to be registered with Social Work England, as per DfE rules.
