Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of bookkeeping staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Oversee a personal client portfolio, delivering bookkeeping, quarterly accounts, payroll processing, and HMRC submissions. * Prepare and present detailed management accounts for clients. * Maintain bookkeeping records up to trial balance. * Process and submit VAT returns and journals, and manage payroll functions. * Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, providing exceptional service. * Resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner. * Promote continuous improvement through innovation and adoption of modern technologies.
