The Role
You will join our team in Twickenham,London as a Customer Support Manager, helping our customers solve problems, and liaising between customers and our development team to ensure we quickly and efficiently find solutions to customer issues.
The Products
Our broadcast studio system studio, Rapid, is either installed on a server on our customer’s premises or hosted in the cloud. The system mainly runs on Windows Servers when installed locally, and on Linux when running in the cloud.
